Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping MaddoxArtStudio.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time. We endeavor to process all orders within 5-7 business days unless the item is a pre-order with a specified shipping date within the product description. For framed orders, please allow up to an additional 2 weeks. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates. Shipping charges for smaller items will be estimated and displayed at checkout. FOR SPECIAL ORDERS, SUCH AS LARGE PAINTINGS ON STRETCHED CANVAS, A FINAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE DETERMINED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY BASED ON THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY. These additional charges may include any special packaging required and insurance to protect the artwork while in transport (you may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping charges).
Special cases and right to refuse shipping. Due to the extreme costs and risks associated to shipping to some countries or regions, MaddoxArtStudio.com reserves the right to refuse shipping to any country or region where the shipping costs or risks are deemed to be excessive. In this event, the buyer will be notified by email and may choose to have the item delivered to an alternate address or to cancel the order. When shipping to an alternate address, MADDOXARTSTUDIO.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, UNDELIVERED ITEMS, OR ITEMS MISSING DUE TO THEFT. Items delivered to a third party will only be eligible for returns or exchanges in exceptional circumstances.
Undelivered Orders. Orders are sent to the shipping address provided on the order. MaddoxArtStudio.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED OR NOT DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR ODERS THAT TRACKING INDICATES DELIVERY BUT ARE NOT FOUND DUE TO THEFT, LOSS, ETC. For questions about the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier (use tracking number emailed to you upon shipment). Re-shipment will be billed accordingly based on the new shipping address (if applicable) and/or signature required upon delivery if necessary.
Customs, duties and taxes. MaddoxArtStudio.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged items. While we endeavor to package your item for safety for transit, MaddoxArtStudio.com IS NOT LIBABLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING. IF YOU RECEIEVED YOUR ORDER DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPMENT CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Prior to opening your shipment, it is helpful to take photos of the package if the damage is visible on the outside, as well as taking photos of damaged item itself.
